Taking advantage of the intra-Group synergies, Amiot and Moine were integrated into Goïot , which brought precious additional expertise in travellers, rigging and marine glazing.

The merger achieved with Accastillage Bernard Atlantique production site in 2005 enabled Goïot to re-inforce its product offer in stainless steel engineering and to become the “ metal expert unit ” in the Group.
